This module aims to equip you with the tools, methods, and reflective practices necessary to align your teaching with decolonial thinking.
The emphasis is not on content but on pedagogy and how assessments are used. As a participant, you will be encouraged to reflect critically on your positionality, to challenge the hierarchies of authority embedded in traditional education, and to experiment with alternative pedagogical and evaluative models that foreground inclusivity and plurality.
