This module will explore the analysis of power dynamics and expanding the focus to include the responsibility of all stakeholders in addressing coloniality in the curriculum. This goes beyond simply expanding the curriculum to include institutional accountability, such as examining hiring practices, governance structures, community involvement and institutional support. 

At the teacher level, self-reflexivity will focus on how practices such as white supremacy, racism and discrimination are perpetuated sometimes without being noticed.
